Today i went to a company interview,not a interview though just aptitude test. I really felt like wtf why companies don't inform us before the pattern of exams and what they think about the people working in their companies. Do they really need this much of aptitude to work in real world,will we use these skills anywhere??
I don't think so. Then why do they keep such tests. I don't know,maybe they knew.
I hate these companies. They just lie. They tell that our employees are important to us,we give them anything they ask,they have complete freedom. But we don't really have. We have to just work like slaves. Companies say we don't mind about people marks we only like their talents. But what they really do. They take students based on marks.
Shitty companies,shitty rules.. My only piece of advice to all people who come to a college to recruit is please provide us complete details. Not the biscuits...
