What happens when we sleep or when we try to go to sleep??

When we go to bed, fully tired of this day's work and some despicable actions of friends, we won't go to sleep in a minute.

We think something. This can be for a fraction of second or this may last for long time. I know some of people can go to sleep quickly but some don't go to sleep. Whatever the reason may be the things which happen do not change. The only difference is if you sleep your conscious brain can see and sometimes remembers some events and your unconscious brain can see and feel everything. When you wake up the thing you only feel is weirdness all over your body, you can feel that something happened.

Then your brain tries to remembers them.

If you are wake up you can see and feel everything by your conscious brain that you are remembering something. You can remember what happened when you sleep or you may not. Similarly you can remember or not when you are wake up. This is because the series of events which occurs maybe linked to some event that is not known to you. But when you suddenly use the event, the events that are linked to it get spawned and then you will know that this is the dream that you felt before. How this process happens is explained below.

When we close our eyes,what we see is darkness and void(a space projected in our brain). This is subconscious. You can feel that its there but you doesn't know where it is. Now our brain which is freed from daily busy tired thinking and usual activities tries to get rest giving its command to unconscious. This is called sleep. Our brain searches all memories to make our brain calm and help us to sleep.

During this state our brain neurons connect to each other leading a trail of memories that you may have experienced from birth till today or this day or day before day or your plan for tomorrow or your fears experienced. These connections are done by stress you felt this day or before day or what you are thinking or seen before closing your eyes or the movie or events you seen or experienced before closing eyes. These events are generally the things that you keep on thinking every day when you get tensed,happy,sad or feared. The brain which doesn't know where to start takes all these factors as search elements and generates electric impulses in your brains which requests related information. This creates set of events which gets projected in your brain, again these result in new connections.

This connections end when you experience powerful trauma or interruption by any person or a event such as alarm clock or fears such as not to miss exam or call from a girl friend.

These events generated normally called as dream. Dream doesn't imply that these occur only during sleep. Dreams doesn't have proper story, they are always set of images or noises or feelings or sceneries that are wrapped up and are displayed in you void randomly. Though this is just recall you feel them deeply and thinking that its real. Due to this your brain generates various enzymes in your body to laugh,cry,fear etc.

Because of this most of us sleep walk or sleep talk or sleep smile.

Your conscious brain sometimes will know that these are fake memories but its just a feeling, if the feel is so deep you break from dream and feel awkward as said before otherwise your brain continues to be in dream.

First when i felt these things i thought these happen only during sleep or while going to sleep. But i was wrong. I tend to go to dream when i listen to a class or listen to songs or while watching a movie.

Always you tend to go to sleep an wake up from it. But more impact occurs only during sleep or when going to sleep.
